Brownie shot!

When I get to start about showcasing my culinary skills, it all begins and ends with the brownies, cookies, and cakes. Well, a freak in me comes out every once in a while and I anyways end up cooking majorly these things primarily, and I have no guilt about it, and nor do others around me have it, for they get everything else and not my handmade prepared brownies, and cookies. So, that's my wonder charm and here I go with the wonderful recipe, which has been a secret to day and you too can run to your kitchen shelves to try your hands onto it.
The ingredients include:
White flour (maida) - 1/2 cup
Sugarfree natura
Eggs - 1
Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon
Milk - 1/2 cup
Cocoa powder - 1 teaspoon
Olive oil - 2 teaspoon
Vanilla essence - 2-3 drops
Mould to bake

Recipe/Method:

Break eggs into a vessel and stir well so that the liquid becomes a uniform paste. Pour white flour (maida) into the vessel and sugar- free nature into the vessel containing eggs. Put baking soda and baking powder into the mixture and stir well the ingredients, making it a thick and uniform paste. Keep the paste for 10-15 minutes.
After this, add olive oil, cocoa powder, milk and vanilla essence to the mixture and stir it well into a single direction making it a smooth, uniform, and  thick paste. It should be free of lumps and the contents should be properly blend into one another without giving a hint of what all the ingredients could be.
After preparation of the paste, pour the liquid paste into the mould for baking and switch on the microwave and set it to baking properties point. Place the mould containing paste into it and keep your taste buds under control for 15-20 minutes until the baking completes.
To check if the baking has been complete, place the knife in the middle and see if the contents stick to it or not, if not, then the baking is complete and the brownie is all set to be served and tasted.
Serve it hot with hot chocolate sauce and it works wonders, brings smiles and makes the day look good.

So, it is now time for you and me, both, to get back to kitchen and set to cook out this recipe and have a great time around with ourselves and others.

Happy Cooking! It is a pleasurable delight and worth all the efforts.
